About Me

As a South Asian therapist, I offer culturally sensitive, client-centered therapy grounded in compassion and understanding.

I support individuals navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, low mood, exploring self-identity, and working through complex relationships. I meet you where you are at — taking the time to truly understand your lived experiences, values, and challenges.

With over 15 years of experience, I offer individual therapy, couples counselling, parenting support, conflict resolution and relationship counselling. I also provide mental health support and counselling for refugees and other protected persons through the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). In addition, I offer tailored workshops and consultations for individuals and community agencies.

My approach is rooted in cultural awareness, with an understanding of how family dynamics, generational patterns, and cultural expectations shape relationships within South Asian and other diverse communities.

A journey of
healing that honours your mind, body,
and spirit

With a foundation in Trauma-Informed Care, I integrate:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Strategies

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

These approaches offer practical strategies to help you navigate challenges with greater clarity and ease. Whether you’re working through trauma, adjusting to life transitions, or pursuing personal growth, therapy is designed to equip you with tools for balance, stability, and forward momentum.

A holistic and
collaborative approach

In our work together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns while also addressing past experiences that may still shape your present.

I draw on holistic approaches including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and spirituality to create space for both mind and body to heal. My style is collaborative—you are the expert on your own life, and I bring tools and guidance to support your journey.

I believe real change begins when we look inward with curiosity and compassion. Many clients leave therapy with greater clarity, deeper self-acceptance, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others.
